Biography

Panos is currently PhD researcher examining the impact immersive soundscapes may have on the cognitive and behavioural characteristics of children with ADHD. He focuses on natural noise environments as part of audio content reproduced over binaural audio.

Completed his BSc Hons at Salford University UK (1998) and Meng at Ionian University, GR (2006) in Audio-Technology and Interactive Audio.  Collaborated with the Music Department at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he developed a set of interactive tools for an alternative interpretation of Ancient Greek Drama called “Drama Tools”.

Freelancer in the fields of audio engineering, field recording, post-production and as a Foley artist. Worked for independent productions of interactive audio systems mainly focused on new media and contemporary performances.  Effective communicator with management skills committed to pursuing targets and supporting team spirit.
