Thomas McKenzie received the B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Music, Multimedia and Electronics (with Industrial Placement year) from the University of Leeds, Leeds, U.K., in 2013 and the M.Sc degree in Postproduction with Sound Design from the University of York in 2016. He is currently working toward the Ph.D degree in Music Technology at the University of York, studying timbre in binaural Ambisonic rendering. His research interests include spatial audio technologies and the psychoacoustics of sound localisation.
